WHAT IS
AWAKEN BRAZIL?
Awaken Brazil is a plan to conquer Brazil for Christ by waging spiritual warfare. It consists, primarily, of five prophetic actions (listed below) performed annually by the Church over a 70-day period from September 7 to November 15.
The project is currently coordinated by Eduardo Tompson, Lead Pastor of Cristo Reina (Christ Reigns) Evangelical Church in Recife-PE, Brazil.

ACTIONS
The prophetic actions are performed throughout the 70-day period by a group of engaged and dedicated persons, who make prayer requests to the Lord and engage in spiritual warfare with thanksgiving and prophetic declarations, believing in the nation's change.

BRIEF HISTORY
While planning the local church's schedule for 2006 in the last three days of 2005, I was led by the Holy Spirit to plan something for Brazil. My heart burned deeply within me to aim for the month of September, 2006; September 7 being Brazil’s Day of Independence. And that's when it all started.
I had a feeling in my mind that something new was being generated! I had been seeking answers from the Lord for 2006 for a long time; however, I was surprised by something much bigger. (Cont'd)
